UNC is looking for a Client Services Manager (CSM). If hired you will be responsible for delivering top notch customer service to UCN's premier clients. In this position you will be responsible for establishing and building long-term relationships with new and existing customers. You must be attentive to their immediate needs, proposing enhancements to product and/or services and leveraging appropriate company resources to address how clients can better interact with their customers using UCN technology products. The CSM, through their relationship with each client, is responsible to up-sell, cross-sell, and consult with the client. Check out the UCN website to apply!
