Qualifications for this position include:
-Some college/advanced education preferred
-Minimum two years of customer service experience, including some recent contact center telephone customer service experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Good data entry and multi-tasking skills (must be able to enter
information into customer accounts while actively listening to
customers)
-Professional home office environment
-Personal computer
-Proven ability to work with little/no supervision and independently
-High speed internet connection and a dedicated telephone (regular not
VOIP) line (no long distance services required -- only unlimited
inbound calling is needed)
-Ability to attend five to six weeks of paid training in Tampa in early
August (must be able to commute daily to training) - M-F, 9 to 6
-Following training, must be able to work a schedule that includes
evenings (such as 1 p.m. to 11 p.m., M-F) or includes Saturday with a
weekday off (such as M,T,W,F, and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
